Good morning, Family:

Happy Friday. Happy I Woke Up.  Happy I’ve Got Jesus!!!! Woooo hoooo!!!!

In case you cant tell, I’m very, very happy to be here this morning. I have to admit and confess something to you. This week, I got a little anxious because of some things I’m trying to figure out how to handle. I’m crunching numbers and calculating figures and I’m still coming up short.

The whole time I’m panicking and pacing, I can hear the Holy Spirit saying, “Dont worry, I’ve got this handled. Trust me and follow my lead.” It took me a couple of days to actually stop and listen. Once I quieted my mind, I was able to receive the peace that God was trying to give me. There was a storm raging in my mind. It took the Holy Spirit jolting my mind and saying, “Peace, be still, Marcia.”

Y’all the scripture passage for today blew my mind. I have read this passage so many times before, throughout my lifetime.  I immediately went to this scripture passage and was so very thankful for the word. Then the Spirit said, “Look deeper at the passage.” Y’all, today is the very first day I received revelation on verse 35 of the passage below.

“On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let US cross over to the other side.”

Jesus had already told the disciples what he was going to do. He was going to cross over to the other side. The plan was set. The decision was made. All the disciples had to do was sit back and be at peace because God had a plan, a purpose, a position and the Power to make it happen.

Am I the only one this has happened to? Has Jesus had to say to you, “Snap out of it. I’ve got it.” This morning there is a peace in my mind, body, heart and soul. No, my circumstances have not changed, but my perspective did. So, this morning, I’m happy and full of joy, because I know that God has it under control.

I am completely in Awe of God. I’m blown away daily at how much He loves us.

Read the scripture passage below, as you listen to today’s worship video by Ted Winn featuring Balance.

Mark 4:35-41

New King James Version (NKJV)

Wind and Wave Obey Jesus

35 On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side. 36 Now when they had left the multitude, they took Him along in the boat as He was. And other little boats were also with Him. 37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. 38 But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”

39 Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, Peace, be still! And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. 40 But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?”41 And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another, “Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!”

I love you with the amazing and everlasting love of the Lord. Go in PEACE, while serving the Lord.
