Greetings, Precious Family:
May the Peace of the Lord be with you.
Family, one lesson rises clearly in this season: be thankful. Gratitude isn’t rooted in circumstances—it’s grounded in the amazing love of an amazing Savior. When we pause to “behold” that love, as John urges, our hearts shift from striving to thanksgiving.
God’s love doesn’t merely comfort us; it names us. We are called His children. This identity reshapes everything—how we see ourselves, how we face uncertainty, and how we respond to others. Thankfulness flows naturally when we remember that our place in God’s family is a gift, not an achievement.
Today’s message is simple and complete: give thanks. Give thanks for a Savior whose love is lavish, personal, and secure. Let gratitude be the lesson we carry forward.
Scripture Passage of the Day
1 John 3:1
New International Version
3 See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
Let Us Pray
Spirit of the Living God, thank You for Your extraordinary love. Thank You for calling us Your children through Jesus. Help us live today with a thankful hearts, grounded in who You are and what You have done. In the name and blood of Jesus, the Holy Chridt name we pray.
