Greetings, Precious Family:
May the Peace of the Lord be with you.
Family, there are moments when life hurts deeply and the answers don’t come. We want clarity, comfort, and something—anything—to make the pain make sense. But sometimes, it simply doesn’t.
In those moments, faith doesn’t mean having the right words. It means showing up anyway. Asking God “Why?” is not a failure of belief—it’s an honest expression of trust. God is not threatened by our questions or our confusion.
When words fall short, we can lean on what we already know. The Lord’s Prayer reminds us who God is, that we are not alone, and that daily grace is enough for today. Even when understanding doesn’t come, trust can remain.
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For yours is the kingdom, power, and glory forever, Amen.
