As the Praises Go Up…

Garment of Praise

Good morning, Family:

I pray your strength, in the Joy of the Lord. Our God is faithful to stand for us. All we have to do is to believe that he is who he says he is. Allow God to be the one to fight your battles. As a family of faith, we have the honor of giving all of the praise, glory and honor to God. Then, once we have made our prayers known to God, we have to do two things. First, walk in obedience to the instructions we were given. Second, walk in faith knowing that God has already worked it out for our behalf.

Praise Report Alert:

Just last week, I was concerned about some financial issues. I gave it over to God and thanked Him, in advance,  for replacing my mourning for joy. Not only did God provide what I needed, but he tripled the blessing, so that no one but Him could get all the glory.

As you listen and watch today’s worship video, read aloud the scripture passage below from the prophet Isaiah.

Isaiah 61:1-3

New Living Translation (NLT)

Good News for the Oppressed

61 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me,
for the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted
and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed.
He has sent me to tell those who mourn
that the time of the Lord’s favor has come,
and with it, the day of God’s anger against their enemies.
To all who mourn in Israel,
he will give a crown of beauty for ashes,
a joyous blessing instead of mourning,
    festive praise instead of despair.
In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory.

I love you with the amazing, powerful and everlasting love of the Lord. Go in Perfect peace, while serving and praising the Lord.
