May the Peace of the Lord be with you.
Family, when you think of the word “Transform”, what images come to mind? When I think of transform, immediately, I see a caterpillar turning into a butterfly. Why does the caterpillar have to transform? Was there anything wrong with the caterpillar staying in its original form?
What is the purpose of transformation?
The purpose of transformation is to rise to a higher form for a greater purpose.
Scripture Passage of the Day
Romans 12:2
New International Version
2 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then, you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing, and perfect will.
Let Us Pray
Spirit of the Living God, thank you for all the times you did not allow us to stay in our original form. Praise be to God you have taken us from one season of transformation into another season of transformation, as you are continually making us better for your holy purposes and our earthly growth. May we continue to be ready for our next transformation into greater and greater glory so that we can reflect more of you and less of our old selves. In Jesus’ name, we do pray.
