Draw Me Close

Greetings Family,

I’m so grateful to be able to write this letter to you. May the peace of the Lord rest, rule, and abide with you.

Family, have you been in a season of your life where it feels like you are going in the right direction, only to find out that you have been going off course? You’re not sure when it happened, but little by little, inch by inch, you have strayed from the path.

What happened? Was it a job, a relationship, a hobbie, social media, or whatever it was that got you off balance and caused you to slowly move God out? 🤔

The wonderful thing is this….God is never far away. Call out to God and ask to be drawn close. Ask God to restore your relationship and to restore you to your right mind. Pray every day, as often as you can throughout the day. Talk to God at every turn with every decision, so that you can get reminded of the sound and feeling of God’s voice.

I pray a prayer of protection and peace over you, in the name of Jesus. I pray that you will respond and recognize God’s voice. I pray that your ears would be closed to any voice that is trying to deceive you. I pray throughout the day, you will be able to clearly hear God tell you how much He loves you. He is our Father. Draw close. Be intentional in your prayers.

Scriptures of Repentance

James 4:1-10

Modern English Version

Friendship With the World

4 Where do wars and fights among you come from? Do they not come from your lusts that war in your body? You lust and do not have, so you kill. You desire to have and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have, because you do not ask. You ask, and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your passions.

You adulterers and adulteresses, do you not know that the friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Do you think that the Scripture says in vain, “He yearns jealously for the spirit that lives in us”[a]But He gives more grace. For this reason it says:

“God resists the proud,
but gives grace to the humble.”[b]

Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Grieve and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to dejection. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.

Intimate Worship

Family, your relationship with God is too important. Do not take it for granted. Now that you are in your right mind….Stay there. Press toward the altar of God. Bow down and repent. Open your mouth and worship.

I love you. I’m going through this with you.

Are We Alone???

Good morning, Precious Family:

I pray that this letter finds you doing well and  dwelling and living safely in the all-encompassing Peace of the Lord.

In every letter that I write to each of you, I try to be as honest and transparent as I can possibly be. With that said, I need to be completely honest in my letter to you. I had a hard time earlier this week.

I try not to watch the news too often, as it can be so depressing and scary. Well, I made the mistake of watching the news this week.

Family, I would be lying if I didn’t confess that some days, it feels like my prayers aren’t going anywhere and that evil is winning. I can not understand how evil keeps getting ahead.  God, “Are we all alone? Are we making a difference against evil?”

I avoided sitting down and talking to God this week, until I found out that my great nephew was very sick and had been admitted into Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, through the emergency room.

I immediately went into prayer warrior mode and called on all of God’s Intercessors and Prayer Warriors to take their battle positions. The war went on for four days and then God began turning things around. God heard OUR prayers!!!

God reminded me, like He had to remind the servant of the prophet Elisha, in 2 Kings, that I was not alone and there was more WITH ME than against me, in my battle against evil.

Holy Scriptures

2 Kings 6:9-17

Modern English Version

But the man of God sent word to the king of Israel, saying, “Take care not to pass through this place, for the Arameans are marching down there.” 10 The king of Israel sent word to the place of which the man of God spoke. He warned him and was on his guard there more than once.

11 The mind of the king of Aram was troubled by this, so he called his servants and said to them, “Will you not tell me who among us sides with the king of Israel?”

12 Then one of his servants said, “No one, my lord, O king. Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”

13 He said, “Go and see where he is, so that I may send for him and take him.” And it was told to him, “He is in Dothan.” 14 So he sent horses, chariots, and a great army there. They came by night and surrounded the city.

15 When a servant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, a force surrounded the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What will we do?”

16 And he said, “Do not be afraid, for there are more with us than with them.”

17 Then Elisha prayed, “Lord, open his eyes and let him see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw that the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire surrounding Elisha.

Songs of Faith

Great Is Thy Faithfulness

Family, I am so thankful and grateful for God’s unfailing faithfulness to be there at just the right time. Please know that there is indeed a spiritual battle going on, but we are not alone. There are millions and millions of saints around the world praying and intercessing to God, in the name of Jesus. WE ARE NOT ALONE!!!

Continue to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Continue to study and dwell in God’s Holy Word. Finally, remind each other that God has the final say and the enemy is defeated each time we take our battle positions by worshipping, praying, intercessing, and at times fasting. May we see those who are in God’s holy army.

The Universe Speaks…

Over the last several days, I have been consciously speaking out loud and coming into agreement with the healing that God wants for me.

I can always tell when God is shifting me. I let out a series of guttural, soul-shaking screams and moans, followed by tears from the deepest part of my soul.

It is not me that is doing it, but the spirit inside me that is updating me with the most recent program updates for my life from heaven, because my prayers are that I learn to be on the vibration of heaven (on earth, as it is in heaven).

In those moments, I am reminded that I am a spirit having an earthly experience. In those moments, I get the results of my spiritual final exam for the semester. Did I pass? Did I fail? Do I need to repeat the course again, or do I need to change majors all together?

Scriptures of Revelation

1 Corinthians 2:9-16

New International Version

However, as it is written:

“What no eye has seen,
    what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”[a]—
the things God has prepared for those who love him—

10 these are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit.

The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. 11 For who knows a person’s thoughts except their own spirit within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. 13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words.[b] 14 The person without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God but considers them foolishness, and cannot understand them because they are discerned only through the Spirit. 15 The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments, 16 for,

“Who has known the mind of the Lord
    so as to instruct him?”[c]

But we have the mind of Christ.

Songs of Worship and Connection

Family, I know that I typically send out devotionals on Wednesday, but this COULD NOT WAIT!!!! Our lives are not our own. We are here for a reason. In order to find out that reason, we must be connected to the heavenly spiritual realm.

If you have not already, may I suggest you read last week’s devotional dated 11/30/2023.

I love you, Family. We are moving higher together. We are one in the Spirit. They will know US, by our Love.

It is with the amazing and everlasting love of Christ that I seal this devotional. ❤️

In Jesus Name…

Good morning, Beloved and Precious Family:

God has revealed some powerful and serious images to me recently. The time of sitting back and waiting for someone else to take of care of things is gone. The Lord needs people to be active in their faith and stand for Love and Unity in God. The only time your brother/sister is your enemy is if they are going against good and spreading hate, discord and evil. Even then it is not the flesh and blood of our brothers and sisters that is evil, but rather it is the evil that they have allowed to reside within their hearts. It is time to start speaking into the atmosphere IN THE NAME OF JESUS. It is time to rebuke, cast out, and take back what we should have never allowed into the atmosphere.

For this post to make sense, I will reveal what the Holy Spirit showed me. I was walking down the hall of my house and all of a sudden the Holy Spirit showed me people who were worshipping evil. The more they worshipped evil, the Holy Spirit showed me the increase in horror movies, deplorable music, violent video games, hatred toward one another and people turning away from church. The Holy Spirit showed me Christians just standing and watching and doing nothing.

The time for standing and watching and doing nothing is over. The world needs an over saturation of Love, Peace, Harmony, and Unity. Pray for each other. Think about how you can bless your friends, family, neighbors, strangers, and even those you don’t get along with very well. We cannot let evil win. We can’t wait for someone else to do these things. It’s time for us to take our places. No more lukewarm Love. Love is an ACTION WORD.

Pray for peoples healing, in Jesus name.

Pray for your neighbors, in Jesus name.

Pray for the entertainment industry to demolish evil, in Jesus name.

I pray for your ear gates, eye gates, mouth gates to be covered by the Blood of Jesus, in Jesus name.

I pray for peace in your heart, in your home, in your family, in Jesus name.

I pray for every angel in Heaven’s Army of God. I pray that your assignments from God not be blocked, hindered, or halted. I pray for victory in the unseen battles, in the Spirit of God.

I speak the Name of Jesus over this world. I come against every witch, warlock, evil divination, curse, and disobedient spirit, in Jesus Name. Jesus have your way. Replace what was evil with love, light, goodness, unity, and peace.

Cleanse our hearts, minds, and ears. May we turn to you. May we not fear, but instead may we trust in you. I pray for the restoration of Faith and Love.

May a pentecostal fire of Love and Unity move over this globe. No more lukewarm Love.

Prayers, Affirmations, & Scripture

Psalm 51:7-17

Living Bible

7 Sprinkle me with the cleansing blood[a] and I shall be clean again. Wash me and I shall be whiter than snow. And after you have punished me, give me back my joy again. Don’t keep looking at my sins—erase them from your sight. 10 Create in me a new, clean heart, O God, filled with clean thoughts and right desires. 11 Don’t toss me aside, banished forever from your presence. Don’t take your Holy Spirit from me. 12 Restore to me again the joy of your salvation, and make me willing to obey you. 13 Then I will teach your ways to other sinners, and they—guilty like me—will repent and return to you. 14-15 Don’t sentence me to death. O my God, you alone can rescue me. Then I will sing of your forgiveness,[b] for my lips will be unsealed—oh, how I will praise you.

16 You don’t want penance;[c] if you did, how gladly I would do it! You aren’t interested in offerings burned before you on the altar. 17 It is a broken spirit you want—remorse and penitence. A broken and a contrite heart, O God, you will not ignore.

I love you with the amazing and everlasting love of Jesus, The Christ. It is in his name that I do pray. Father God, may it be a fragrant offering in your ear. It is so and forever more shall be, Amen.
