Praise God in his holy house of worship, praise him under the open skies; Praise him for his acts of power, praise him for his magnificent greatness; Praise with a blast on the trumpet, praise by strumming soft strings; Praise him with castanets and dance, praise him with banjo and flute; Praise him with cymbals and a big bass drum, praise him with fiddles and mandolin. Precious Father,
We pour out our praises on you this morning, just because of who you are. Lord Jesus, you have a love for us that surpasses anything we can imagine or comprehend. May we fully take in the magnitude of your awesome majesty. All of creation cries out to you now with a roaring Hallelujah. Hear our prayer of praise to you. May our praises be a sweet offering rising up to you. In Jesus name. Amen.
7-11 Sing to God a thanksgiving hymn, play music on your instruments to God, Who fills the sky with clouds, preparing rain for the earth, Then turning the mountains green with grass, feeding both cattle and crows. He’s not impressed with horsepower; the size of our muscles means little to him. Those who fear God get God’s attention; they can depend on his strength.

Heavenly Father,
We bless your holy name and pour out our praises on you and to you. You are worthy of All the glory, honor and praises we have to give and so much more. Great are you Lord. There is none like you. You are the beginning and ending of everything. All of creation bows before you and we cry out a Great Hallelujah. In Jesus name. Amen.
35Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?(A) Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?(B)36 As it is written:
“For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.”[a](C)

Heavenly Father,
We glorify and lift up your holy name. In You, we can do all things. May we wake up each morning with a conqueroring spirit. In you, all things are possible. We give thanks that we are on the horizon of hope. The season of loss is almost over. We thank you for all of your blessings of health and abundance. May we never forget how you have brought us out of this season. May our posture of worship never change. In the precious name of Jesus our Lord. Amen
6“Here’s what I want you to do: Find a quiet, secluded place so you won’t be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.
14-15 “In prayer there is a connection between what God does and what you do. You can’t get forgiveness from God, for instance, without also forgiving others. If you refuse to do your part, you cut yourself off from God’s part.

Father God,
We do bless you and lift you higher than anything else in our lives. There is nothing in our lives that takes priority over You. You alone know our past, present and future. Help us to be in sync with your will and the will of heaven. We know that you own everything and we are only caretakers of what you have allowed us to have. May we trust that you will provide us with what we need. Cover us, each day, as we come and go. Grant us forgiving grace, as we show others the same grace. Protect us from the sin that is in us and around us. We bless you, Lord. We glorify your Holy name. We lift this prayer to you, in the name of our Savior, Brother and Friend, Jesus Christ. Amen.
20 And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.

Father God,
Thank you for your faithfulness toward us. May we be sensitive in seeing and appreciating the many ways you love us and cover us. May each day begin with a “Yes,” in our heart and mind. Remind us of the love letter that was written to us at Calvary’s Hill. In the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.

Heavenly Father:
You, alone, are our peace, our joy, and our fulfillment. Everything in us cries out to you. Restore our joy and turn our mourning to dancing. Your Word tells us to rejoice and to set our minds on what keeps us in a state of joy. Thank you for giving us a road map to rejoice. Lead us through your precious Spirit, in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
12 Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already arrived at my goal, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me. 13 Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.

The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. We thank you for allowing us the opportunity to strengthen our grace and mercy muscles, as we learn to love those who don’t love us. Help us to see past the person’s pain and see them through your eyes. May we look for opportunities to heal, restore and love. We know that it may not be easy, but with you all things are possible. Lead us in your perfect way, in the name of our Wayshower, Jesus Christ. Amen.
14 “You are the light of the world.(A) A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.(B)16 In the same way, let your light shine before others,(C) that they may see your good deeds(D) and glorify(E) your Father in heaven.

We do bless you and glorify your holy name. We thank you for living inside of us. As Christians, since the day of Pentecost, we have become the new dwelling place for your Holy Spirit. May we be a worthy carrying vessel of your Light. Purify our hearts and lead us away from anything that would compromise the message of hope, love and eternal life through Jesus Christ.
