Family, when I think about being transparent, I think about being real with nothing hidden. This is especially important when coming before the Lord, as God already knows our heart and our intentions.

If we lift prayers to the Lord, be sure to speak the truth of where you are… no shame, just the truth. It is then that God will meet you where you are..

9 The heart is deceitful above all things
and beyond cure.
Who can understand it?

10 “I the Lord search the heart

to reward each person according to their conduct,
according to what their deeds deserve.”

Let Us Pray

Spirit of the Living God, we bless your holy name. We come to you humbly asking you to search our hearts. Cleanse us and use us for your glory. Help us to know the gifts, talents, and skills you have placed in us for your Kingdom. Lead us and guide us to the places that will develop and mature us so that when you call on us, we will be ready.

And we let it be…And so it is
