You Are Loved…

20200629_085425

Good morning, Precious and Blessed Family:

I love you all with the purest and deepest love of our Lord, Jesus the Christ. We are loved by God on a level that is mindblowing.

There is no love that is comparable to the love of the Lord.

John 3:16-17

New International Version (NIV)

16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

May the love of God take your breath away today and blow your mind. The more you look for the love of God, the more you will find it. You are precious and made perfect through Love’s perfect sacrifice on Calvary.

Love always,

Rev. Marcia Davis

Seal It Closed..

Preheating_plate_2

Good morning, Precious Family:

I pray you are all abiding in the perfect peace and shadow of the Almighty God that we joyfully serve. Today, I woke up feeling as if something had broken free in Spirit realm.

For the first time in a while, I woke up and my heart was not heavy. Yesterday, I did some warfare in the Spirit. After I finished, I sealed the prayer with wording I had never spoken before, but the Holy Spirit led me to say them.

Yesterday, I could discern that something dark was trying to surround me. I prayed over my family and commanded “every door that the enemy was trying to come through be closed and sealed with the Blood of Jesus.”

The Holy Spirit showed me the image of a silver metal door being closed and it being sealed around every inch with the Blood of Jesus. The Blood looked like an invisible blow-torch slowly melting the metal and sealing the door closed. Spirit led me to keep on saying the phrase with authority and assurance, until I felt released to stop praying.

Ephesians 6:10-18

(NIV)

The Armor of God

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

Family, never stop praying. Always be ready to go to battle. Always be ready to give an answer.

Your fellow soldier,

Rev. Marcia Davis

Love Can Build a Bridge…

love-is-a-bridge-between-you-and-everything-quote-1

Good morning, Beautiful Family:

I pray for all of you daily. I pray that your hearts would begin the healing process. My biggest prayer is that love would take the place of every other negative emotion.

Love is the most powerful force in the Universe. All that is needed is a willingness to open our heart.

Ephesians 4:3-4

Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called.

May we, as Christians, set the example for the world to see what love is all about.

Let us walk the bridge to the other side,

Rev. Marcia Davis

Time of Refreshing…

Good morning, Family:

I pray you are well and positioned in a place where God can speak to your heart.

During this season, the heart of man is being exposed. May we be vulnerable, as a global nation, to the surgical hands of the Holy Spirit. May we willingly climb onto God’s operating table.

1 John 1:5-10

New International Version (NIV)

Light and Darkness, Sin and Forgiveness

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all[a] sin.

If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.

May the peace of the Lord rest, rule and abide with you always.

Wonderfully Made…

blog19

Good morning, Family:

I greet you with love and grace this morning. You are a divine, purposeful, and magnificent work of our Creator.

Think about it, the same God that hung planets in the sky also created you and me. You and I were fearfully and wonderfully made on purpose and FOR a Purpose!!!

Psalm 139:14-18 (NIV)

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,
I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place,
when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 Your eyes saw my unformed body;
all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to me are your thoughts,[a] God!
How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them,
they would outnumber the grains of sand—
when I awake, I am still with you.

Go in peace, while praising and serving the Lord. I love you with the amazing and everlasting love of the Lord.

Keep Knocking…

sermon-slide-deck-knocking-on-heavens-door-luke-11913-1-638

Good morning, Family:

I continue to pray your strength in the Lord. Stay covered with the Holy armour of the Lord. Don’t grow weary in seeking God. Just as Jesus told his disciples in Luke 11, keep knocking on heavens door.

Luke 11:5-10 (NIV)

Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose you have a friend, and you go to him at midnight and say, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread; a friend of mine on a journey has come to me, and I have no food to offer him.’ And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Don’t bother me. The door is already locked, and my children and I are in bed. I can’t get up and give you anything.’ I tell you, even though he will not get up and give you the bread because of friendship, yet because of your shameless audacity[a] he will surely get up and give you as much as you need.

“So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened.

Be abundantly blessed and willfully obedient to the voice and urging of the Holy Spirit.

Stand Fast, Hold Firm…

stand-fast-500

Good morning, Family:

May the God who never changes be with you in all that you do. Never get weary in doing the right thing. Love your neighbor, in the same manner you would want to be loved.

13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. 14 Do everything in love.

We are stronger together than we are apart. Stand fast and hold firm in your efforts to show love.

In the amazing love of Christ, our Savior,

Prayer Changes Things…

8fbfedd8cda0f6d9a51eeb97a2fac034

Good morning, Family:

I shared this story this weekend on my Facebook page, but I wanted to share it with you. This took place on Saturday June 6th.

Something Wonderful Happened Today…

I had just finished putting my groceries in my SUV. I turned my radio on and was about to put my car in reverse when someone knocked on my passenger window. At first, I thought maybe I had left something inside the store.
It was an older white man who said he saw my door magnet advertising my business. What he said next floored me.

He said, “Can I pray for you?” I paused for a minute, out of shock and then I happily said, “Yes.” He asked me my name and then these words began to flow from him.

“Dear Lord, I pray that you would cover Marcia as she transforms the world around her. I pray that you would cover her from anything that would leave a scar on her heart, during this time. May she be used by You for your glory, in Jesus name, Amen.”

Y’all, when I say I was crying and so touched by his prayer! In this season of transformation and change, somebody got it and reached across the aisle to grab my hand.

I dont know his name, but I pray that I get to see him again, just to say, “Thank You” one more time.

I know today’s musical choice isn’t a gospel or Christian song, but it is a reminder that we can each do our part to change the world and make it a better place.

Go in peace, while praising and serving the Lord.

I love you with the amazing and everlasting love of Christ.

Everything is Beautiful…

SOF-Ecclesiastes-3-11-web

Good morning, Family:

One thing that is always a constant is change. Change sometimes is painful. Change sometimes is beautiful. Change allows space for life, for survival and for hope.

For some, change causes anxiety and fear, as it is the closing of a door to allow the opening of another.

One thing I love about living in Georgia is because it has four distinct seasons. There is a time for each season to show off its beauty. However, in order for each season to arrive, it means that another season has to go away. Change in seasons is beautiful. Each seasons shines in it’s own way.

Also, what I love is that each seasons contains so many beautiful elements. The elements dont compete with each other. No element is better than the other, but they all work in perfect harmony with each other. Everything is beautiful.

How can we learn from nature? What lessons are we missing?

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 English

Standard Version (ESV)

A Time for Everything

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:

a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
a time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to seek, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
a time to love, and a time to hate;
a time for war, and a time for peace.

Family, we can do this. We can live, love and work together. For indeed, everything and everyone is beautiful.

Special Note: Thank you to Ms. Yolanda Fanning for inspiring this post. Thank you for always allowing God to shine so brightly through you and your smile.

Go in peace, Family, while praising and serving the Lord.

In His amazing love,

Rev. Marcia Davis
